The situation
A new club opening in a neighbourhood with no obvious way to find out it existed. No audience, no content, no reason for anyone to walk in.
What we did
We took the full online presence from day zero — the launch, the Instagram account, the creative system, and every photograph on it. Nothing was outsourced and nothing was left to whoever had a free evening. It runs on the same monthly rhythm we sell: one shoot day, one approval round, then publish.

Why we'll tell you the failures too
Because an agency that only shows wins is either new or lying, and we'd rather be obviously new. When the numbers on this account are in, they go up here as they are — and so does the list of things we got wrong.
Teardowns
Every month we pull one Pune business apart. For free. Unasked.
We take the whole online presence — website, Instagram, Google listing, reviews — and publish what we'd fix and why. No pitch attached. If it's useful and you want to do it yourself, do it yourself.

Website speed and clarity, Instagram consistency and quality, Google Business Profile completeness, reviews and how they're handled.

We're deliberately taking a small number of clients while we're this new. That means the ones we do take get more attention than they'd get anywhere else — and a rate that reflects us still building a portfolio.
