Four things done well. We'll add more when we've earned it, not when a client asks.
About
DigiLinkUp started while we were opening SnookUp, a pool and snooker club in Kothrud.
Running it taught us something we hadn't expected: the marketing isn't hard because the skills are rare. It's hard because it needs four different skills at once, and every one of them competes with the actual business for your attention. Some months you win that fight. Most months the shop wins, and the Instagram goes quiet.
We had the skills between us — web, social, photography and video, design. What we didn't have was a way to keep them pointed at the same thing. So we built one, used it on ourselves first, and then realised every other owner we knew had the same problem.

Principles
Five things we've decided, written down so you can hold us to them.
Four things done well. We'll add more when we've earned it, not when a client asks.
Attention is the product. It doesn't scale, and we won't pretend otherwise by taking on more than we can hold.
Not impressions. Not engagement rate in isolation. Did more people walk in, call, or book — and can we show you why.
Files, photos, accounts, logins. All in your name from day one. If you leave, nothing of yours stays with us.
Including on the first call, before you've paid anything. Sometimes the honest answer is that you don't need an agency yet.
Nothing reaches a client account until it's been through our own. SnookUp is where we find out what doesn't work.
Owner-run businesses in and around Pune — cafés and restaurants, clubs and recreation, retail, wellness, and local services. Businesses big enough to need a real presence, small enough that the owner still knows every customer's face.
Large companies wanting an all-in-one agency. We're not built for that yet, and taking it on would make us generalists — which would make us worse at the thing we're actually good at.
Thirty minutes, free, and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
