Terms of use

These cover the website. The work itself is covered by your proposal. Last updated 26 July 2026.

Who these apply to

They apply to anyone using digilinkup.com. The site is operated by DigiLinkUp, Pune, Maharashtra, India.

What's on this site is information, not an offer

The prices, packages, and timelines published here describe how we normally work and what we normally charge. They're written to be accurate and we intend to honour them, but they're a starting point rather than a binding quotation.

What binds either of us is the written proposal we send you for your specific job — the fixed scope and the fixed price in that document. Where the proposal and this website disagree, the proposal wins.

Enquiries

Sending us an enquiry through the form, WhatsApp, email, or phone doesn't create a contract and doesn't oblige either of us to anything. It starts a conversation. We may decline work, and we'll tell you plainly if we think we're not the right fit.

The content on this site

The text, design, code, images, and brand marks on this site belong to us. You're welcome to read it, share links to it, and quote reasonable extracts with attribution. Please don't republish it wholesale as your own or use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse something we don't.

Advice published on the blog is general. It's written from our own experience and it isn't tailored to your business, your finances, or your legal position. Use your judgement, and take proper advice where the stakes warrant it.

Client work and ownership

For work we're actually engaged to do: you own the deliverables. Website files, photographs, video, brand assets, and every account we set up are in your name from the start, as described on our about page. The specifics for your engagement are set out in your proposal.

Third-party links

We link to services we don't operate, such as WhatsApp. We're not responsible for what's on them or for what they do with your information once you're there.

Availability

We keep this site up and accurate, but we don't promise it will be available without interruption or free of every error. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we'll fix it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited. Beyond that, our responsibility for anything arising out of your use of this website — as distinct from work we've been engaged and paid to do — is limited to what's reasonable in the circumstances.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes

We may update this page. The date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
